The way we provide service is as important as what we provide. We
respond to each woman according to her needs. All counselling and
support services are free, confidential, respectful and woman-centered.

telephone bill or on your call display. We will not know where you are
calling from unless you tell us.

Support
We listen to and support women and their children who are living in - or
wondering about leaving - an abusive relationship. We also offer longer
term counselling to support women and their children to establish their
violence-free lives in the community.

Call if:
- You are unsure if your relationship is healthy.
- You are wondering what to do or what can be done.
- You would like to create a safety plan for you and your family.
- You are looking for counselling to understand the effects of
abuse.
- You want ongoing support and counselling to deal with the
effects of living with abuse.
- You want staff support to go to legal and court
appointments.
- You would like counsellors to provide more information and
referrals to other community and social services.
Counsellors are available by appointment during office hours.
