"There comes a time in your life when you say 'I deserve better than this.' So, at the age of 66, I made some changes. It's hard, but the YWCA is helping me every step of the way"

"My manager made me feel uncomfortable. I was wondering whether it was my fault, something I had done. I talked to a YWCA counsellor and she helped me understand it was my manager - not me. Now I have options."
